Cleared Derivatives Addendum

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association and the Futures Industry Association published template Cleared Derivatives Addenda (CDA) to clearing agreements for use by counterparties to clear over-the-counter derivatives transactions. In the US the CDA is an addendum to a futures agreement (also referred to as a clearing agreement). Versions are available for use both under the agency model, where the clearing member is a registered futures commission merchant under US law, and the principal to principal model, as in Europe and elsewhere. The latest CDA versions were published in 2018 and 2016, respectively.
