Confidentiality Agreements

Confidentiality agreements are entered into between parties where one or both parties are disclosing proprietary and confidential information to the another. The agreement sets out each party’s responsibility with respect to the confidential information received and liability in the event the confidential information is disclosed in violation of the agreement.
