Investment Management Agreements

Investment management agreements are entered into between a client and the manager that will act as agent on behalf of the client with respect to, among other things, the client’s trading matters. The investment management agreement establishes the agency agreement between the two entities and sets out the responsibilities and discretion entrusted to the investment manager. Investments management agreements are typically bespoke documents created by the investment managers.
